Welcome to Tunao. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tunao’s application and related services By creating an account, accessing, or using Tunao, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Tunao.
1.1 Tunao is a social networking platform that allows users to create profiles, connect with others, share content, communicate, and participate in online communities.
1.2 Tunao provides users with tools and features designed to facilitate social interaction. Tunao does not guarantee that users will establish specific relationships, find particular users, or achieve specific results through the Services.
2.1 You must meet the minimum age requirements required by applicable laws to use Tunao. By accessing or using the Services, you warrant that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.2 When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. However, by uploading or sharing content on Tunao, you grant Tunao a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use such content solely for operating, providing, and improving the Services.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of others.
4.4 Tunao does not guarantee that User Content will always remain available or visible and may remove content that violates these Terms, community rules, or applicable laws.
5.1 Tunao aims to maintain a safe and respectful community.Users must not engage in any of the following behaviors:

6.1 Tunao and its related content, including software, design, logos, trademarks, features, technology, user interface elements, visual assets, and underlying systems, are owned by Tunao or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.
6.2 You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of Tunao without prior written permission from Tunao or the respective rights holders, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law. Any unauthorized use of Tunao’s intellectual property may result in termination of your access to the Services and may also constitute a violation of applicable laws.
7.1 Tunao may provide paid services, including premium features, virtual items, and other digital products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and confirm that you have reviewed the details of the relevant product or service and agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.
7.2 Payments and purchases may be processed through third-party platforms, such as app stores or payment providers. Any refund requests, billing issues, or payment disputes processed through such third-party platforms are subject to the policies and decisions of the relevant third party, and Tunao is not responsible for or involved in the refund process.
8.1 Tunao may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, advertising services, analytics tools, and other external platforms.
8.2 Tunao does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
9.1 You may stop using Tunao at any time. To terminate your account, you can submit a deletion request through Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account, and complete the required verification process.
9.2 Tunao may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or harmed the safety and interests of Tunao, our users, or third parties.
10.1 Tunao provides the Services on an “as available” and “as is” basis, and we aim to offer a stable and reliable experience; however, we do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the Services.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Tunao does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete, or free from errors, defects, or harmful components. While we continuously work to maintain and improve the Services, we cannot ensure that all technical issues will be identified or resolved immediately, or that the Services will be fully compatible with every device, system, or usage environment at all times.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Tunao and its affiliates, partners, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
11.2 Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable laws, Tunao’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12.1 Tunao adopts a zero‑tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms, strictly prohibiting any content or conduct that involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, solicitation of minors, or any sexualization of minors—including fictional, animated, or drawn depictions.
12.2 Users are encouraged to report suspected CSAE through the in‑app reporting feature; all reports are prioritized for prompt human review. Any user found to have engaged in such activities will face immediate and permanent account termination, without right of appeal or reinstatement, and Tunao will report all verified incidents to the relevant law enforcement authorities. We are fully committed to cooperating with child protection organizations and law enforcement worldwide to protect children and uphold a safe environment for everyone on our platform.
13.1 We may update these Terms from time to time due to changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements.
13.2 When significant changes are made, we may notify you through in-app notifications, announcements, or other appropriate methods.
13.3 Your continued use of Tunao after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
